My story

I grew up in Rotorua, Aotearoa (New Zealand), I am one of nine in a beautiful blended whānau.

Unlike most Aotearoa kids who’d typically be fully immersed in sport and extra curricular activities my spare time was made up of church, Sunday school, mid-week church ministry, performing arts and classical ballet.

My upbringing nourished my gifts and instilled great values in me that have carried through to my adult years.

I have experienced many difficult days too. All of which really have made me the woman I am today.
Much of what I do is in dedication to my Father and Nanny who both passed away from cancer.

Life has blessed me with many opportunities to explore my spiritual and cultural connections, which has landed me here. I am a spiritual woman on a journey of reclamation, the reclamation of Self, freedom, culture, whakapapa, legacy and so much more.

I have been able to transform my life through healing, mentorship, life lessons and a massive kete (basket) of tools that I have acquired along the way that I wish to share with you. I am grateful for every part of my journey, as every experience has allowed me to connect more deeply with those I empower with my purpose.

I can’t go without mentioning the incredible & loving individuals I surround myself with and grow with each day.
I choose to live an honest and brave life, where I heal intergenerational trauma, connect to my soul's desires, and awaken Mauri.
